Anatomy of a Nalgene Bottle

• Threads: Nalgene bottles and caps feature continuous, straight shouldered semi-buttress threads for increased contact area on the surface. This allows for greater tightening force without stripping threads.
• Cap: Durable caps are designed and built to perfectly mate with their respective containers. There's no separate liner to wear, crease, fall out, or leak, and the seal ring is molded directly into each cap.
• FDA Compliant, BPA-free Materials: Nalgene bottles are molded from 100% virgin resin with nothing but FDA compliant colors added. Finished products are tested according to the requirements of the USFDA for food and beverage contact.
• Heavy-duty Walls: Uniformly durable walls are thicker and more resistant to failure than many similar looking, but lower quality bottles.
• Bottom: Inner corners of each bottle's bottom are curved for easy cleaning, and a plastic resin code is molded into the bottle for eventual recycling after years of sturdy service.

The large opening on our wide-mouth bottles easily accommodates ice cubes, fits most water purifiers and filters, and makes hand washing a breeze. The attached loop-top never gets lost and screws on and off easily.

Here is a little background information-
For several years now, I have been using Moosejaw CamelBak Eddy 1L Water Bottle Charcoal 1L . I use them everyday and take them practically everywhere I go. The no-tilt, spill-proof design has made drinking water effortless and convenient. Needless to say, they pay for themselves in a matter of weeks. Every friend or family member that has tried a Camelbak bottle has also fallen in love!

There are 2 major complaints I have with the older version:
1. Two of my bottles with a blue bite valve have limited, slow flow.
2. The flip plastic piece is prone to breakage. I broke one by dropping it in the parking garage from arms length. (Luckily, Camelbak will kindly and promptly send you a new cap if this does happen with no questions asked - their customer service is awesome, and they stick by their lifetime guarantee!)

The new Eddy bottle fixes both of these issues:
1. The new bite valve and wider straw allow for a smoother, faster flow and make thirsty drinkers like me very happy.
2. The flip mechanism is now made of rubber meaning you can throw this bottle pretty much against anything without breaking any part.

Now, I will address the other negative reviews-
As the original Camelbak water bottle had so many passionate users, it is natural for this new version to be criticized for minor changes. When you first get the bottle, opening and closing the bite valve may feel stiff and require a little more force. However, it loosens up after you break it in with use for a few days or so. Now, I can easily open it with one hand, one finger. Also, when you first get the bottle, make sure the slit in the bite valve is open - a gentle squeeze will do the trick if it is not already open.

Attach the panel to the walker as babies grow and they’ll continue to learn as they move along!

Two Modes of Play

Two modes of play, learning and music, on the activity panel will keep youngsters engaged while they learn. In learning mode, insert the shape sorters or press the three shape buttons to learn shapes. Baby will enjoy spinning the three flowers to hear fun phrases, sound effects, and a melody or pressing the piano keys to learn colors, numbers and animal sounds. In music mode, insert the shape sorters or press the three shape buttons to hear upbeat melodies and fun sound effects. Baby can also press the piano keys to play piano notes. When a melody is playing, pressing the piano keys will activate fun animal sounds on top of the melody. In both modes, little ones will enjoy picking up the phone to hear animals singing and opening or closing the swinging door to play hide-and-seek with the friendly cow. While using the activity panel with the walker, the panel is motion-activated to play melodies and sound effects as the child pushes the walker.
